Half Full

Why do we always look at our bodies as half empty not half full? How it doesn’t look for us what it doesn’t do rather than what it does?

Once in a while I get this proud moment of what my body accomplishes for me and allows me to do. Today was one of them.

I carried my little Cleo plus a backpack full of groceries plus 2 scooters total weight of over 70 lbs about 1 mile through the Hollywood hills home from the store. This walk included a set of 32 stairs ascending between roads and I finished an additional 15 steep stairs down into my backyard.

I was not out of breath, not faint, never grew tired-(was sweaty tho).

I am a 5 foot 5” 120 lbs lady.

I do NOT weight train.

I do NOT train cardio.

I ONLY DO FASCIA CONDITIONING my deeply personal love GST. I love that fascia and GST makes my body fierce, able to take on anything I need whenever I need it. I love feeling powerful and limitless because my body and I are one- in sync and have a relationship. I love it- I care for it- It loves me back.

I love most that every night I am able to carry both my little girls (85 lbs) at the same time from the sunroom to their bedroom in my arms. If they would stop growing I know I could carry them for another 20 years…..because of my fascia and my GST.
